Vilca García is a Peruvian design and craft brand creating carefully handcrafted pieces using selected fibres and materials. Each piece carries with it time, skill and the dedication of the women artisans and everyone involved in its creation.
By browsing our website, making a purchase or using any of our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. We recommend reading them before making a purchase.

2. Product Images
Our products are made by hand using traditional artisanal processes.
Due to the nature of our production process, each piece may show slight variations in texture, colour, shape, measurements or finish compared with the photographs displayed on our website.
These differences are inherent to handcrafted work and form part of each piece’s individual character. They do not, however, affect the quality, functionality or intended use of the product.
Our photographs aim to represent our products as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary slightly depending on the screen or device used to view them.
3. Availability and Made-to-Order Pieces
We work in small quantities and produce consciously, avoiding mass production. For this reason, some pieces are available for immediate dispatch, while others are offered on a “Made to Order” basis.
Pieces identified as “Made to Order” are created especially for each purchase. Once the order has been completed and full payment for the piece has been received, we will begin its production.
The estimated production time for a “Made to Order” piece is two (2) to three (3) weeks. This period refers to the time required to carefully make the piece by hand and does not include shipping or transit time to the destination.
“Made to Order” pieces are not considered available for immediate dispatch. By placing an order under this arrangement, the customer accepts the stated production time before the making process begins.
Due to the nature of our artisanal production process, the production period may exceptionally be extended due to circumstances relating to material availability or the production process. If a purchased product cannot be made or delivered due to exceptional circumstances relating to its availability, production or inventory, we will contact you to inform you of the situation and offer an appropriate solution.
4. Prices
All prices published in our online shop are stated in USD and include any applicable taxes in Peru.
Shipping costs will be shown separately where applicable.
For international orders, taxes, customs duties or import charges may be imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless expressly stated otherwise.
5. Ordering Process
To place an order, you must select the available product, size, colour or variant and complete the information requested.
Once your order has been placed and payment confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation by email using the address provided.
Order confirmation does not necessarily mean that the item is available for immediate dispatch if the product requires additional production. In such cases, we will inform you of the estimated preparation time.
6. Payment Methods
Payments are processed through the payment platforms available in our online shop.
Vilca García does not directly request or store confidential bank card information outside the systems provided by our authorized payment providers.
7. Shipping
Orders are carefully prepared at our workshop in Peru.
Preparation and delivery times may vary depending on the product, destination and availability. For detailed information, please refer to our Shipping section.
For international orders, the customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information and for paying any applicable taxes, customs duties or import charges imposed by the destination country.
8. Exchanges and Returns
The conditions applicable to exchanges, returns and refunds are detailed in our Exchanges and Returns Policy.
We recommend reviewing this policy before placing your order.
9. Custom Orders
Where Vilca García offers customized products, these will be made according to the specifications previously agreed with the customer.
Due to their nature, customized products may be subject to specific exchange or return conditions, which will be communicated before the order is confirmed.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on www.vilcagarcia.com, including photographs, designs, illustrations, text, logos, collection names, graphic elements and other materials, belongs to Vilca García or is used with the authorization of the respective rights holders.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, commercialize or otherwise use such content or designs for commercial purposes without prior written authorization.
11. Use of the Website
Users agree to use our website lawfully and responsibly.
The website may not be used to carry out fraudulent activities, interfere with its operation, gain unauthorized access to its systems, or infringe upon the rights of Vilca García or any third party.
12. Amendments
Vilca García may update these Terms and Conditions when necessary to reflect changes to our products, services, processes or applicable legislation.
The current version will always be the one published on this page.
13. Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru.
Any dispute relating to a purchase will initially be addressed through our customer service channels and, where necessary, through the mechanisms provided for under applicable Peruvian law.
